DETAILS: After Tropical Storm Eta forced a group of Marco Island Yacht Club members to cancel a regional sailing adventure, Tome and Denise Morrison hosted a housewarming party at their new 8,738-square-foot waterfront home overlooking Caxambas Pass and built by Gulfshore Homes. The impromptu event was catered by Chef Arturo Perez of Arturo’s Bistro on Marco Island.
