After Tropical Storm Eta forced a group of Marco Island Yacht Club members to cancel a regional sailing adventure, Tom and Denise Morrison hosted a housewarming party at their new 8,738-sq-ft- waterfront home overlooking Caxambas Pass and built by Gulfshore Homes.
